As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, we have established a transformative five-day training program designed to equip young individuals with practical knowledge in sustainable living and environmental stewardship. Our curriculum focuses on:

• Alternative Energy Solutions – Teaching clean energy options such as biogas, solar, and efficient cooking methods.
  Agroforestry & Organic Agriculture – Promoting sustainable land management, tree conservation, and eco-friendly farming techniques.
  Waste Management & Recycling – Educating on waste separation, bio-waste utilization, and innovative solutions like aquaponics and hydroponics.
• Wildlife Conservation & Rangeland Management – Ensuring that future generations understand and protect their natural environment.

Through hands-on learning, students gain essential skills, such as efficient cooking methods—using cow dung as fuel, collecting tree branches instead of cutting down trees, and utilizing advanced cookers that require only two pieces of charcoal to prepare a meal.

By equipping young people with these vital skills, we aim to foster a generation of environmentally conscious individuals who can sustainably manage natural resources while improving their communities’ livelihoods.
